Lydian is a classic typeface by Warren Chappell. Chappell also designed some wonderful American editions of Winnie the Pooh.  

This specimen has some nasty holes in it. Designers used to cut bits out of specimens and paste them into mockups to get an idea of what the printed work would look like.
